Pyrpose brings deep execution experience to an emerging, high-growth market. Switzerland’s Federal Act of 29 September 2023 on a Secure Electricity Supply with Renewable Energies—approved via referendum on 9 June 2024—modernised the Energy Act and Electricity Supply Act, enabling Self-Consumption Clusters (RCP), Virtual RCPs, and Local Energy Communities (CEL/VCEL) that make hyper-local energy trading possible today. In Germany, the government’s August 2025 announcement to amend the Energiewirtschaftsgesetz (EnWG) by June 2026 will create similar conditions for peer-to-peer energy markets.
By targeting both countries in parallel, Pyrpose can capture Swiss demand immediately and be first to market in Germany the moment its regulatory gates open—securing a leadership position before larger incumbents can react.
