Christoph is a seasoned entrepreneur with a global track record of founding, scaling, and advising innovative companies across fintech, real estate, education, and now energy. Based in Switzerland with his family, Christoph is the co-founder of Pyrpose, where he’s focused on unlocking the commercial potential of decentralised clean energy.
Before co-founding Pyrpose, Christoph built and led some of Europe’s early fintech ventures — including creditshelf, the first fintech to go public on Germany’s Prime Standard. His entrepreneurial journey has taken him from Germany to Guatemala, where he launched two ventures and served as director of the German Chamber of Commerce and the national BPO Commission.
Christoph blends deep operational experience with a systems-level perspective, advising corporations in banking, real estate, and energy through his role as senior advisor at STS Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Accenture, DaimlerChrysler, Enron, and Cementos Progreso. He holds master’s degrees in business and international management from the University of Mannheim and ICN Nancy, and speaks English, German, Spanish, and French fluently.
He now lives near Frankfurt has two young boys, and continues to be energized by building ventures that connect bold ideas with solid execution.
Kevin Kyer is a U.S.-born entrepreneur now based in the Swiss countryside, where he’s building climate ventures with commercial traction. With more than 20 years of experience leading digital businesses — from Yahoo! to early-stage startups — Kevin brings a sharp focus on execution, scale, and aligning impact with profitability.
He describes himself as climate-curious, drawn to solutions that don’t just sound good but actually work in the market. As Co-founder of Pyrpose, he’s pioneering a platform that enables everyday consumers to access hyper-local clean energy — and proving that decentralised energy can be both sustainable and investable.
Kevin is motivated by ventures that operate at the edge of systems change — where complexity, technology, and human behavior intersect. He lives with his family near Geneva, where he’s equally at home pitching investors, mentoring founders, or skiing with his two sons.
Marija Poposka is a multicultural marketing strategist with a sharp instinct for storytelling, systems thinking, and building traction from the ground up. She holds a BSc from Bocconi University and a MSc from HEC, where she led several high-impact brand campaigns and events. Marija has gained hands-on insights into what moves people across different contexts and cultures.
As Marketing Manager at Pyrpose, Marija is redefining how local communities access and benefit from clean energy. She’s driving the narrative for a new kind of energy future — one that’s local, clean, and community-powered. Her work has helped scale awareness, quadruple engagement, and turn complex climate topics into clear, compelling messages.
From co-founding an online school on building personal branding, Marija knows how to establish a strong online presence and build a loyal community. When she is not building brands, you will probably find her attending her pilates class, grabbing matcha right after or simply enjoying her time with her loved ones.
